[Oisf-devel] Suricata.c cleaning: rebase recommended

Hello,

Current git master will soon be updated with a patchset that is
refactoring suricata.c. First part of the patchset has already been
applied.

I recommend you to follow this update and rebase your code on master as
soon as possible. Because merge can be really painful.

By the way, this patchset is changing Suricata initialization a lot. So
it is not completely impossible that some features have problem
following this update.
