[Oisf-devel] 2.1 branch open

Development of Suricata 2.1 has officially started. The git master
branch is where it's all happening.

I have created master-2.0.x for updates and fixes to the 2.0.x branch.

For users of the 'master' branch: expect some larger changes in the time
to come. Feedback is of course much appreciated!

$ suricata -V
This is Suricata version 2.1dev (rev ed84c87)
