[Oisf-devel] questions about configure script

Hello,

I've some questions about the configure script and its parameters.

Some stuff gets picked up if installed like nspr, nss.
It is unclear to me which functionality depends on it, if it is really
optional or if it should be mandatory.
I don't see which packages were enabled by default and which aren't.
Is there some documentation about this?
