<p dir="ltr">From my experience, I had to change the irqbalance (/etc/sysconfig/irqbalance file on RHEL) parameters to ignore the IRQ's related with the Ethernet card queues (option --banirq if I'm not mistaken). Otherwise, it would overwrite the affinity settings I defined.</p>
