[Oisf-announce] Suricata-Update 1.0.4 Released

The OISF team is happy to announce the release of Suricata-Update 1.0.4.
This release addresses some high memory usage issues in previous
versions and has been released to coincide with the release of Suricata
4.1.3.

This release is bundled with Suricata 4.1.3 but is also available from:
