[Oisf-users] A note regarding FN's for client data

Thought I found a new bug in sigs using http_client_body, but it was
an old bug that was already fixed:
(https://redmine.openinfosecfoundation.org/issues/452).  I upgraded
and indeed, the FN's went away.  I wanted to point it out specially to
the community because a lot of important Trojan sigs will miss without
this bug fix, so please upgrade!
