From memory, might be typos:
git clone https://github.com/inliniac/suricata.git
cp -r suricata-3.1.1/libhtp suricata/
cd suricata
./autogen.sh
LIBS=‘-lrt -lnuma -lpcap -ldag” ./configure <OPTIONS> # nb I have a DAG card, so remove -ldag if you do not
make -j8 && make install
sudo service suricata restart
