[Oisf-users] Survey: New Community Chat Platform

Hello Everyone,

As some of you already know, we are exploring moving to a new community
chat platform. The idea is to use something more modern to allow for
structured communication like threading and viewing messages received
while offline, as well as something more inviting than IRC for the
community as a whole. Ideally this platform would be open source as well.
