[outreachy] Beginner in Project

I am an applicant for the outreachy internship, I am not able to understand
that how should I proceed after installing the  suricata-update repo
<https://github.com/OISF/suricata-update>  as given in guidelines, could I
get some help me from which debug or documentation should I start my work
with?
