[OISF/outreachy] Outreachy Applicant Introduction

Hi,  I'm Kafilat Adeleke an Outreachy applicant for the December 2020 to
March 2021 round. I'm facinated by the project  "  Improve Python tools for
Suricata"and I would like contribute to it.Please guide me to the next
steps.
