[OISF/outreachy] Greetings

Hi Shivani,

Thank you for the resources.
I went through the commands and fixed the code in list-sources command to
ask the user to run the update-sources command instead of updating the
sources without asking the user. Other than that, enable-source and
check-versions already ask the user to run update-sources. Therefore, I did
not find any other places that needed the fix.
I have committed the changes here :
https://github.com/TharushiJay/suricata-update/tree/bug-fix-3249/v1
Could you let me know if I could open a pull request with regard to this,
or whether I need to make any more changes?
