[OISF/outreachy] [OISF/Outreachy] Applicant Introduction

Hi,

Greetings to all!

I am Sumera Priyadarsini, and have recently completed my undergrad. My
areas of interest include Kernel development, Systems programming, and
Programming Languages. I am currently working on improving Coccinelle as
part of my Community Bridge internship: Make Refurbish Coccicheck. I have
experience writing Python and Ruby(both closed-source), some experience
with C and a teeny bit of Rust.

I am interested in the Suricata project *Convert Protocol from C to Rust,*
and would like to work on #4064

if I can go ahead and claim the issue.

I initially faced some issues

installing Suricata; A huge thanks to Jason Ish and Jeff Lucovsky for
helping me throughout this process. I am working on writing about my
experience in detail and hope to share it soon! :)
