[OISF/outreachy] Task #3144 Add dir as a visual indicator in the output

I would love to work on Task #3144 and so I wish to know if I can claim
this task and also to gain developer access on this issue.
I would appreciate the help of the Community, by helping me to get to know
more about Open Source quickly.
