[OISF/outreachy] Introduction

Hello everyone, hope you all are doing well in this pandemic situation.
This is Agha Saad, from Pakistan. I am interested in Project "Improve
Python tools for Suricata". This Project is aligned to my interest as I
have been working with python for more than 2 years.
I would really appreciate pointers on how to get started.
