[OISF/outreachy] [Error during Suricata installation]

I am following this
https://redmine.openinfosecfoundation.org/projects/suricata/wiki/Ubuntu_Installation_from_GIT
When I try to run the *make* command I get this error. I have checked
that *lib.rs
<http://lib.rs/>* does not exist in *suricata/suricata/src* but it exists
in *suricata/suricata/rust/src*

Are there any *configurations *or* paths* I need to change? Thanks
