[OISF/outreachy] Ubuntu install from git.

I’ve updated the Ubuntu_Installation_from_GIT wiki page. The changes were based on errors I received while running the steps on a clean Ubuntu 20 system.

Some errors appeared to be just warnings and I’ve made note of them, but have not added them to the wiki. I only added steps for those files that were listed as required.

When I run suricata-verify/run.py, I ‘m receiving an error that I need jq. jq wasn’t listed as on the wiki. I see that it can be installed using apt-get. Is that the expectation? Or is it combined with Suricata?
