[OISF/outreachy] Claim issue #4062

[Tharushi Jayasekara]

Hi all,

Issue #4062 has been claimed on the mailing list, but has not been assigned
on redmine. According to my understanding, they've been asked to confirm by
the end of the week. However, there has been no confirmation yet.

Please let me know if I can proceed to claim it.
