Oh well, this is great then! :D
Everybody can submit links to their github PRs and doc updates.
Research work can still be made a part of the final application essay/answers.

Sorry for the noise then.
Our (mentors') dashboard and the applicants' are different so we do
not really know how things are for you there, you'll all have to help
each other find your way through the applicants' dashboard. :)

> 2) Date contribution was accepted or merged
> 3) Contribution URL : A link to the publicly submitted contribution. The contribution can be work in progress. The URL could a link to a GitHub/GitLab issue or pull request, a link to the mailing list archives for a patch, a Gerrit pull request or issue, a contribution change log on a wiki, a review of graphical design work, a posted case study or user experience study, etc.

You will be directed to the same kind of form to record your next contribution. It will then list all your contributions as Contribution #1, Contribution #2 and so on.
