Hi Claudius,
It means you want to have your “suricata” repo directory and your “suricata-verify" repo directory in the same parent directory.
So you’ll have three folders/directories.
A main folder to hold all suricata work. For this example, I’ll call it suricata-project.
A “suricata” folder, the suricata repo.
A “suricata-verify” folder, the suricata-verify repo.
Should look like this…...
suricata-project
-— suricata
-— suricata-verify
