[OISF/outreachy] General guidelines

Try running suricata-verify from inside Suricata's root. Following command
should work. /home/me/suricata~$ python ../suricata-verify/run.py

Above is a general guideline to verify the installation of suricata on my
computer stated on the outreachy website,however when I run that command I
get an error below:
error: this is not a suricata source directory or suricata is not built.

What might be the problem?
