[OISF/outreachy] Reminder | Deadline for final application is Today 4 PM UTC

Hi Shivani,

It says on our dashboard that saving the application makes the
latest version visible to the mentors, and that there is no specific
'submit' option. I have also attached a screenshot for your reference.
