[Discussion] Honest advise in considering this software for my use, please.

I am trying to select an inline ips.  As my skill set is very low level, I
would like to rely in part on an active community to answer questions that
may not be explained well in a "User's Guide".  I may ask questions
regarding locations, values, meanings that are currently beyond my existing
skill set. Will I be able to obtain that sort of support from this group, or
should I continue on in my search?
