[Oisf-announce] deprecation policy

Hi all,

We've done a write up of our policy around deprecating features and
other parts of Suricata, such as specific hardware support.

We're also announcing the initial list of features we plan to sunset:

- unified2: 2 years
- dns.log: 18 months
- files-json.log (file-log): 12 months
- ssh.* rule keywords: 18 months
- tile/tilera arch: 12 months
- CUDA support: real soon, with 4.1 release

For the things that are listed here [1] as 'supported' we'll continue to
fix bugs until the feature is removed.
