[Oisf-devel] htp - make check should run test suite

Hello,
after building of htp-0.2.1 I wanted to run the test suite. 'make check'
only builds the necessary binaries, but didn't run it. The test suite
probably could be build together with all the other stuff. Then
'make check' could be reserved for running it.

I tried it on OpenBSD-current on a sparc64 machine. The only change I
did was to remove '-Wextra' from htp/Makefile.in. Running ./main in
test/ did pass all of them :)
