[Oisf-devel] [patch] add prelude output plugin

Hi,

I have rebased and updated the patches to add the Prelude output plugin.

The default option is that the plugin is not compiled, unless you give the
--enable-prelude flag to configure.

The patch can be merged using git am.

To be easier to review, the patch has been split in to parts:
- first part adds the autotools stuff required to detect headers and libraries
- second part is the patch itself.
