I'm getting the same exact error with the latest release... 1.0.5
defrag.c: In function 'DefragTimeoutTracker'

  Commit:b73939bcef2d24c5e9af80392bead696bd38de92
  Clean up & better check includes to allow Windows to build.
Seems to be the last win32/windows commit, let me know
if there is anything I can do in the meantime, if there is a patch
I'll do my best to apply and test it.
