[Oisf-devel] m4 libprelude

Thanks Nuno, in Suricata we just include the libprelude.m4 file from the
upstream prelude project, so I think it's more appropriate to send the
patch there... if there is a bug in it I'm sure they'd like to know.
Then we can just ship the latest version of their copy, would rather not
fork that.
