[Oisf-devel] Getting connection refused when trying to clone the git repository

I just tried again.

I'm using git bash and my windows command with the following command

git clone git://phalanx.openinfosecfoundation.org/oisf.git

On the windows command I get an connection refused error, but when I try to
run that command in Git bash I get
the same message but the errorno is no error.
