[Oisf-devel] Getting connection refused when trying to clone the git repository

I'm thinking it's probably me. Besides installing git and setting up my
username and e-mail, are those two pieces of information suppose to be
registered with your repository or are they just used for identifying who I
am without any authentication?

Another thing is it might be my network's firewall blocking git. I'm gonna
test a work around right now.
