[Oisf-devel] Retrieving version of libhtp

Ivan,

with the older versions were were using htp_get_version() to retrieve
the libhtp version we link against at runtime.  I see that it has been
removed now.  It might be convenient to have such an option.  We
currently print both the compile-time linked and runtime-linked libhtp
versions.
