[Oisf-devel] Document Updating Process?

Hi,

 

What is the new process for document update contributions now that we are
moving away from the Redmine wiki? I see Jason Ish has the user guide in his
branch (https://github.com/jasonish/suricata/tree/sphinx-docs/doc/userguide)
- are we to clone this and open pull requests?
