nss is required for providing md5 checksums on files seen, and perhaps
a few other objects. It is not required, but is useful - so could be a
flavour.

I'd recommend requiring jansson by default, as that is used for the
JSON logging, which is quite popular, probably considered the primary
logging format for Suricata (at least by many of us).
