[Oisf-devel] Suricata 3.2 merge window open

As we're planning to release 3.2 before SuriCon, this development cycle
is going to be short. This means the merge window will be open for the
next 2 weeks.

The first large change has already been pushed (Jason's log API
refactoring).

Please rebase your work and open a pull request. The later in the window
the bigger the chance it won't make it in.
