[Oisf-users] Suricata installation on CentOS 5.5

ET was under DDoS and they haven't gotten that part of the site back
up yet.  I actually have some newer ones somewhere that will actually
allow suri to set the queue len, which actually doesn't work properly
with these because of the version.  I will look this weekend.
