This code is meant for profiling signatures. It will print out a list of
expensive sigs at engine shutdown. The exact setting are controlled by
your suricata.yaml. It will degrade performance some, so I'm not
convinced it's of use here.

If you're interested in disabling/improving the most expensive
signatures, it's useful.
