I just remembered an interesting/nice project, called little black box
(https://code.google.com/p/littleblackbox/) that extracts and collects
private keys stored in various firmwares.
One of the option of their project is to search in pcaps or live
traffic, so it should be possible to create rules or a preproc based
on the content
of their db.

The reason i am thinking of that project, is to detect
unwanted/un-authorized devices.
