[Oisf-users] duplicate entries in stats.log file right down to timestamp

Victor,
I ran this for a couple hours, it generated a 200MB stats.log file. After a
few minutes the repetition started. This is a standard install, absolutly
nothing customized with the exception of the 1 second timing on the stats
log and addition of the standard et rules.
