[Oisf-users] git on http port

My suricata for Tilera source tree is currently held there at github.  It
didn't start as a direct clone, but it stays in sync rather nicely in spite
of my scattered mods for Tilera.

I'm cloning my copy of the tree all of the time for various experimental
hacks.
