I noticed that you might be using 8.20RC3. 8.20 final has been
released since along with 8.21.

Also seems that the wiki entry should be updated not only the PCRE
version but with the correct configure flags passed to PCRE i.e.
--enable-jit --enable-utf8 --enable-unicode-properties.
