[Oisf-users] Problem with Signatures Set to Drop Not Working

I have signatures that keep switching between Dropping and Not Dropping packets when the signature is set to drop. This is happening during the same period of time. In other words, dropping and not dropping during seconds of each other.

 

What could be causing this?
