[Oisf-users] Suricata & Emerging-Threat-Ruleset Version Compatibility!

Thanks for guidance Matt! Means if I deploy suricata v1.4 on my box and provide the given link for automatic updates of rules, it will be able to get update for long time? Coz when i deployed snort v.2.9.0.5 along with setup to auto-update rules for v2.9.0.5, after some months i saw that the update was failing due the reason that link for rule-set v2.9.0.5 was removed. and I was unable to find those rules any where on internet (as far as i searched). Then I downloaded the new version of rules, which gave me rule processing error as i mentioned previously(sorry i could not produce the logs etc. of that problem).
