[Oisf-users] Need help for errors in Suricata installation.

i'm installing Suricata on Windows 7 64-bit platform. i installed the
Cygwin successfully, but am facing some problems in installing Suricata,
while running the command:
 libtoolize -c && autoreconf -fv --install && ./configure --enable-debug
--enable-profiling && make
The errors and warings, i get are (in the order they appear):
1. checking for spatch... no
   Warning! spatch not found, you will not be able to run code checking
with  coccinelle get it from http://coccinelle.lip6.fr or install from your
distribution.

2. checking winsock2.h usability... no
    checking winsock2.h presence... yes
configure: WARNING: winsock2.h: present but cannot be compiled
configure: WARNING: winsock2.h:     check for missing prerequisite headers?
configure: WARNING: winsock2.h: see the Autoconf documentation
configure: WARNING: winsock2.h:     section "Present But Cannot Be Compiled"

3. checking ws2tcpip.h usability... no
    checking ws2tcpip.h presence... yes
configure: WARNING: ws2tcpip.h: present but cannot be compiled
configure: WARNING: ws2tcpip.h:     check for missing prerequisite headers?

4. checking for libnet.h version 1.1.x...

5. checking for pcap_open_live in -lpcap... no

   ERROR!  libpcap library not found, go get it
   from http://www.tcpdump.org.
Please provide any guidance as to how i can overcome these issues?
