[Oisf-users] Suricata IPv4 Address Ranges

Hi,

Is there a way to define IPv4 address ranges within a rule that don't 
fit within CIDR ranges (192.168.1.0/27, etc).
For example, I need to define the following range:

192.168.1.21 to 192.168.1.40

Can a range be defined for this?

I was hoping for something simple like:
192.168.1.21:192.168.1.40
