[Oisf-users] Reject behaviour

I'm using Suricata 2.0.6 out of band and have been playing with the reject
rule since drop isn't an option. It does work mostly as expected but I'm
wondering how it's actually sending out the rst packets?
Is there a tool that's being called when a signature is matched?
Is there a way to increase the number of reset packets being sent out?
