[Oisf-users] Updating suricata

The process should be pretty straight forward. Install the new software
(f.eks make && make install, without changing the suricata.yaml config). Or
the normal method of installing software for your OS. Since this is a minor
jump as far as i remeber there were no feature changes that would need you
to update the config.
