[Oisf-users] NETMAP guide - FreeBSD /etc/sysctl.conf

I am looking to do some testing with a nicer Intel card and I might be
able to test out some of the settings I use. I just do not have
concrete data that my sysctl values I use all the time would help out
netmap until I have my test system up and running.
