[Oisf-users] Am I wrong about Suricata-IDS?

Hello.
I have a question about Suricata-IDS. The configuration of Suricata-IDS seems so easy and prepared good rules for user by default, But is it the art of Suricata-IDS? I mean is that if you can install and run Suricata-IDS then can it enough to named yourself a Suricata-IDS administrator? Or other concepts are exist that I don't know it?
