[Oisf-users] Testers: please test our initial Hyperscan support

This is exciting! I'll be trying Hyperscan for sure.

Out of curiosity, would it be used instead of the dev-detect-grouping
builds for faster rule reloads or can these builds be used in addition to
hyperscan?
