To create:
/usr/sbin/iptables -I INPUT  -j NFQUEUE
/usr/sbin/iptables -I OUTPUT -j NFQUEUE

To remove:
/usr/sbin/iptables -D INPUT  -j NFQUEUE
/usr/sbin/iptables -D OUTPUT -j NFQUEUE
