Hi,

According to https://www.prelude-siem.org/projects/prelude/wiki/InstallingAgentThirdpartySuricata, the Suricata configure script should be modified when trying to build with libprelude.

It says that "Prelude doesn't work with -Werror", and that these lines should be commented out:
STORECFLAGS="${CFLAGS}" 
CFLAGS="${CFLAGS} -Wno-error=unused-result" 

It also suggests to run the configure script with CC="gcc -std=gnu99".

Is all of this necessary with Suricata 4.0.3?
